There are three categories of the services we offer:
| | - consulting and analysis,
- software design, develipment and deployment,
- outsourcing.

Usually, the first two categories are delivered together, because we intend to provide the comprehensive services to our customers. The procedure looks as follows:
| | - The customer provides us with the generic information about its requirements,
- We make a series of contacts with the customer (either visits or tele-conferences) to specify the requirements and understand its specificity, document flow, etc.
- We create the generic logical specification of the system,
- Excecution of the generic specification acceptation - the customer accepts the solution, technolgy and the overall system features, modules and functions,
- We create more detailed system specification, using for instance the prototyping methodology (making a mockup that only presents the default functionality but does not really have it),
- Execution of the detailed specification acceptation - the customer accepts particular way of functionality implementation, data flow, user interface, etc.,
- The project schedule is created and agreed with customer,
- We start the development of the system modules,
- During the development, we maintain the regular contact with customer in order to deal with possible issues as they come,

| | - Finished modules are deployed at customer's site according to the schedule. Such partial deployment methodology is customer-friendly and allows users to get familiar with the system gradually,
- Execution of the putting into practice process and trainings,
- We take the customer under permanent (24/7 if required) service assistance including the remote system controling,
- We ensure a possibility of further system development on demand.

In our systems, we apply our custom solutions, algorithms and data structures that are a result of many years of experience of our analysits and software angineers and that turned to be usefull in previous projects. Despite of that, we do not impose anything to our customers. We offer our advice and experience and together try to understand and clearly define customer's requirements and adequately adjust the software being developed.
