Year 1998 was the begining of the dynamical growth, when HIT Enterprises  started cooperation with Actiprise (Göteborg, Sweden) and Tendon Consulting Group (Västra Frölunda, Sweden), on porting a MSDOS legacy human resources management application to a client/server environment (Employee Management System).

    Since 2000, HIT has been providing consulting and software development services for major Polish customers. The biggest are Philip Morris, Klima-Therm / FUJITSU, ENAMOR and Technodom. 

    A good example of our typical services is System Magazynowy that was designed considering very specific requirements. This system was developed and has been constantly extended for Klima-Therm. This customer is so plaesed with provided services, that at the end of 2005 they ordered another application - "Service Managemen System". Similar non-standard, custom-made software developed together with our partner UltraBajt, for one of the biggest polish meat factories (>1000 employees) – Morliny, was the Employee Productivity Controlling System.

    In 2002 HIT Enterprises was granted with the accreditation to one of the EU PHARE 2000 programs (read more). This helped in development of another project - Order Management System, which has been constanly extended for last two years. This project was cofunded with EU resources.

    In 2003 HIT Enterprises started a long term cooperation with Walnut Creek Technology Group (CA, USA) oriented at customized software development using enterprise technologies like J2EE or Microsoft.NET. The first result of this cooperation is the web-based Construction Management System.

    In the beginning of 2005, HIT won the tender for multitier IT project development "Communication Platform" for the biggest Polish tobacco company - Philip Morris. This software has been successfully and extensively used by over 300 sales representatives travelling across the whole country. Communication Platform was designed to be easily configurable and adjustable for other similar companies (that have a network of sales representatives that are supposed to regularly update the repository of ectronical documents).

    Year 2005 brought also another new development of dynamically expanding Order Execution System for company Technodom from Northern Poland. Since summer 2005, this application has been constanly extended with an average ratio of one new module per month.
